做法:
1. | 準備好彩椒醬。檸檬切成4瓣。 |
2. | 魚片沖洗後擦乾,對切成2片。兩面均勻撒上鹽,黑胡椒粉和紅燈籠辣椒粉。再裹上薄薄一層麵粉。抖掉多餘的麵粉。 |
3. | 煎鍋燒到非常熱後加入2大匙油。放進魚片用中大火煎到金黃,約3分鐘,翻面繼續煎到魚熟透。 |
4. | 舀1/2杯彩椒醬到盤中央,輕輕搖動盤子讓醬汁分佈均勻。放兩片魚再醬汁上,再放上兩瓣檸檬和任何綠色香草裝飾。食用時將檸檬汁擠在魚上。 |
PREPARATION
1. | Prepare the Color Pepper Sauce. Cut the lemon into 4 wedges. |
2. | Rinse and dry the fish filets. Cut each filet in half. Season both sides of the fish with the salt, black pepper and paprika. Coat the fish with a thin layer of flour. Shake off the excessive flour. |
3. | Add 2 tbs. of oil in a very hot pan. Place in the fish filets and pan-fry in medium-high heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip the fish and continue to pan-fry the fish until it is cooked through. |
4. | Spoon 1/2 cup of the Color Pepper Sauce into the center of a plate. Gently shake the plate to distribute the sauce evenly. Place two pieces of the fish on top of the sauce. Garnish with 2 wedges of lemon and any kind of green herb. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish while serving. |
